Prior to starting DocuGreen (formerly DocuBlue), Victor gained operational experience in the Fixed Income Syndicate group at Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup) and held management roles in the hospitality sector at Sheraton Hotels and Kerzner International.
He graduated from Baruch College with a degree in International Marketing and has completed several executive programs (Entrepreneurship, Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Alliances, Valuation, etc.) at The Wharton School of Business and Harvard Business School.
Victor serves on the board of Gold Coast Venture Capital Association and is an avid supporter of The Smile Train.
