Our D.I.Y. (do-it-yourself) service gives clients the ability to scan documents themselves using our software and upload immediately to secure online cabinets so that there is instant access to documents via the internet from anywhere.

Ship & Scan
Our Ship & Scan service gives you the option for us to pickup files from you OR for you to ship documents to us. Once documents arrive at our secure facility, we Inventory your files using our proprietary bar-code system, Process (removal of staples, paperclips, etc.) and Scan documents per your requirements. We also offer OCR (Optical Character Recognition) features allowing you to search for keywords inside individual files or across your entire digital document library. Your digital files are stored online in our secure repository and you can also get backup copies on encrypted CDs, DVDs, or other approved e-storage media.
